AUThe location was great. The apartment was spacious. The second bedroom was very small and didn't have a window,but the air-conditioning was good. We enjoyed our visit. Everything was good.
Nothing I didn't like.
GBA/C was effective, shower good. Beds and linens well presented. Lift was essential. Keyless access was good. Facilities all as advertised.
View from patio was not great, backs of buildings. Maybe one extra comfortable seat would help.
GRThe location is very good, and it is easy to find parking nearby for free.
The main bedroom has a window that connects to the main entrance of the building. Even if it is closed, you hear everyone that comes inside the building, everyone that uses the bathrooms too. Furthermore the elevator is too noisy because it has 2 old style doors that make a lot of noise that doesn't let you sleep well. I was sleeping in the other bedroom and I didn't hear something, but my friends couldn't sleep.

The coffee machine didn’t work. we had to wait for the room to be cleaned after we said we would be there at three, so could not get in until after 4.30 - they had a flat tyre which was hard to believe considering the checkout is 10 , you would think by three the apartment could have been cleanthere was no hand wash in the bathroom , the view was terrible from the balcony, they could have mentioned the keys instead of using the phone to get in. The clothes line could have been repaired, the bathroom could have had a fan in it. The single bed in the hallway could have had one mattress instead of two parts, there could have been better shower wash instead of four tiny bottles for four adults for four nights, one big bottle would have been good, the 2 coffee pods were not enough and were wasted by attempts to get the machine to work properly and even though they said we can buy them but didn’t say where from. They could have had doona covers on the bed spreads and a pillow slip on the spare pillow,

BGThe only 2 things that I liked were the location and the amenities - microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, coffee machine, even blender.
The service was awful. I had to talk to different people all the time and when I said smth to one of them, the others didn't have any about it and they wanted the same information all over again - for example the time of our departure, which I had to write 3 times in different platforms. When I asked them the previous night if I can enter the apartment earlier than the normal check in at 15.00 o'clock, they promised me that it would be possible and sent me a link to open the door that would be valid after 9 o'clock am on the next day so I couldn't be happier. I was traveling with my father who is 75 years old, so I made plans that after landing we would be able to have a rest before we start our tour around the city. To my surprise, after landing I had received a text message that suddenly somebody had reserved the apartment the previous night at 23 pm, so we wouldn't be able to enter before 13 - 13.30 pm. This was a lie, I am sure. The weather outside was awful, raining and stormy so me and my father had to wait for them somewhere outside. We wasn't able to enter the apartment as they promised at 13 or 13.30. So they lied to us for the second time and we waited another 2 hours. Also, they told me that they would be available on the phone, but when i tried to ring they didn't pick up, again on purpose. After entering the apartment I found out that one of the rooms is without linens. When I wrote to them, they blamed me!!!! They said that I did not write in advance to say that I want sheets in the second room. When you rent and pay for a two bedroom apartment you expect to have sheets on both beds. It is common sense. Then we had to wait for the to bring the sheets for ours and they finally came at 20 o'clock after lying several times for the hour of arrival. I had really awful experience. The two rooms were claustrophobic, with no windows and one of the rooms was so small that it was hard to breath in.

The only thing that became a problem was lack of toilet paper spare rolls. More than one roll would be great. 🙂
BGIts proximity to city centre and train station. It was clean and fully equipped with facilities.
There were no windows in the bedrooms and the view to the inner yard was not very pleasant. There was no adequate communication with the owner. A random person from the building had to open the front door to assess the apartment.
