Lage zum Flughafen super - leider die Gegend zum erkunden eher schlecht.

Walking distance to the airport

We checked in around 3 PM, and the staff told us to wait for a moment. We ended up waiting for almost an hour and still didn’t get our room. What was strange was that the guests who arrived after us got their rooms right away. I don’t know, maybe because they were foreigners. We were already so tired from the flight, and the check-in process at this hotel just made us more exhausted. In the end, we got upgraded to a villa, which honestly wasn’t necessary for us.

"Disappointing for a so called 4 star high end hotel."

Location

Room wasn’t ready on check-in. No complimentary cold drink to while we were forced to wait in a crowded hot lobby. Air con apparently broken. Children having swimming lessons and squad training. No service by the pool for food and drink. If you managed to get service the drinks were warm. The next day we went to the pool there were no towels available and again no service. No information about pool times either. The on-site spa offered nothing but various massages only. No foot spa, manicures or facials.
