Υπήρχαν κάποιες μικροφθορές στο δωμάτιο (στο νιπτήρα σε πρίζες) αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση κάτι που να μπορεί να επηρεάσει σαφώς δυσμενώς την παρουσία κάποιου στο κατάλυμα.
