"★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed and Not Worth the Price"

I had a really disappointing experience at Super Collection O Hotel in Panchmarhi. The pictures online looked great, but the reality was far from it. The room was not clean — bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom had a bad smell throughout our stay. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to basic requests like fresh towels or room cleaning. The location is okay, but the hotel lacks even basic hospitality. Overall, it felt like a budget lodge falsely advertised as a premium hotel. Would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their standards.
