The whole unit is comfortable, gym room and swimming pool is great, the brand of shampoo and body bath is nice, staff is friendly, got free parking, bathroom is clean and new, blanket is comfort. Although it is 15 minutes drive from Jonker Street, but it is cheap and comfortable

The curtain is a bit thin, so room is a bit bright (not that kind of totally dark) when all the lamp is off at night.

Cleanliness, new place, the view was so nice

maybe they should change the lamps inside the bedroom.. it was extremely bright..

Spacious. Can fit more than 6 adult. Clean house. Easy to get key and enter the house.

There is no mirror in the room. Just mirror in the toilet. There is also no side table in the room. No table lamp.

The air-conditioning was fine and the sea view was beautiful... The check-in process was also pretty simple. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and I was provided with all the basic amenities I needed for my stay.

The location wasn't the best; it's in the middle of a construction area. I think they are still developing the area. Also, I had to wait for the elevator during check-out, which was very difficult and time-consuming. I waited almost 20 minutes for it. And also it would be much better if additional pillows was provided.

I like the location, like the cleanliness of the room, the owner is nice, fast respond. Easy check in and check out.

staff, the guard at the front desk were too unfriendly, they didn’t guide us to the letter box to get the key, when we ask for help, they just get mad and ignore, maybe owner can report this to the management. For owner, please make sure all the AC in the units are functioning properly. We had one of the AC in the main room which was not functioning well, too hot at night but we just have to sleep with only the fan. Which was very uncomfortable. For the room doors, do something so that it won’t get locked from the inside again, troublesome to us with kids.. really disappointing. The guards at the swimming pools stopped us from entering the pool because we are not in full swimming attire.. this is the first time and the first place we go, which didn’t allowed us to do so.. as long as we have out leggings with tshirt, i think should be ok, cause we are paying not only to sleep, but to swim in the pool is a must for family with kids.
