Bergsicht Country Cottages, Outpost

The location is amazing and the accommodation itself is very, very well designed and looks just like the pictures! The hosts are very responsive and helpful whenever needed. We really felt like we got a much needed break at Bergsicht.

The Outpost 1 was very comfortable and very thoughtfully considered by the host. Every amenity I could think of was supplied and there was allot of attention to detail. Beautiful modern an clean cottage. It was wonderful to sit in bed or the the hot tub and watch the stars. We loved the place.

The only downside, if any, was that there was a big pine tree blocking half the view of the valley in-front of us. I would suggest it should be trimmed down to reveal a most spectacular view.

What a gem of a place! We celebrated our anniversary here and this could not have been more perfect. Romantic, private, tranquil and luxurious! The beautiful decorated and well-equipped cottage feels like you are living in a dream! The hottub and views were a highlight - especially under the clear starts at night. Attention to detail and small gestures like supplying fresh milk, farm eggs, butter and 'roosterkoek' truly made all the difference in making us feel so welcomed. Great value for money - we will definitely be back!
