There is not much too like. if I would have to name something I’d say a good thing is that the terrain is only accessible through a gate which is guarded, so no one that shouldn’t be there will get there.

I didn’t get a room at the location it’s registered. I seriously doubt they even have space available there. I actually really wanted to stay in the Benrosi building because it was close to where my girlfriend lives. But I was moved to Kassel residences which is 5-10 minutes walk from Benrosi. The first room I got had a broken shower and I couldn’t properly shower. The bed frame was broken and the matras was just a few centimeters thick and very uncomfortable. Also the neighbours had a dog that would bark even in the middle of the night and that would wake me (note I’m not a light sleeper). I was moved to another condo (thankfully the landlady was helpful). This condo was much quieter but after a few days the shower unit short circuited and I lost power in the condo. This was fixed rather quickly but the shower wall outlet had to be replaced since that caused the short circuit. The repair was rather amateurish and I was worried about getting electrocuted. And then after another few days the toilet got clogged. Also there where a lot of cockroaches, which could be expected, but it’s something to keep in mind.

There are enough space for 5 people to sleep.

TV remote not working, heater not working, no soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. Trash left from previous tenant are still there. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in as they still need to fetch the key. Wi-fi not working. They put a fridge that is a Type B plug yet all their sockets are Type A. Didn't even bother to leave at least one adapter.
