The property is convenient to the downtown and waterfront areas of Burlington. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and quite comfortable!

Parking proved to be quite a challenge! Street parking was the only option and was at a premium. It took us over twenty minutes to find street parking and we were finally successful!

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Everything was there that you would need.

Parking was not great. Had to park 3-4 blocks away at times.
