Stayed in Bali for a month and out of all the accommodation it was without a doubt the best.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable.

Difficulty as an older person in getting in and out of the swimming pool as there were no handrails, or ladder into the water The pool is beautifully located amongst lush vegetation and the water, very clean and chlorine-free but it was risky and difficult getting into the pool due to the steep descending steps. Toilet area was badly designed in our room so that you almost had to sit sideways on the pan.

Great location, spacious and clean room and super convenient. I booked a motorbike package room and was happy that I didn't have to arrange any transport, checked in and got the keys for my bike right away. Friendly staff and good food, close to everything, would recommend 👍

Breakfast and location were excellent. They provide a motorcycle for transport, which is included in the stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator. Therefore, it should be advertised somewhere to inform people with special needs in advance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom should be in detail to manage mould and water marks (hence the water has calcium and potassium leaves marks on black surfaces)
