Unfortunately, when we arrived to the apartment we noticed on the second day that there was a lot of mold. It was cold and rainy so we could not open the windows and the mold was stinky. The mold covered the balcony by the room with the bunk beds where our children slept which made us worry about their health, as sleeping near mold is not great. On our third day there, we decided to leave before our reservation was over because there was too much mold. I messaged the management and sent them pictures, explaining that we are leaving due to mold and would like a refund for the remaining days. I will say that management was respectful and answered promptly and were apologetic. I do appreciate how they communicated with me. However, they said they would only give us back 200 euros instead on the 800 euros we requested for the remaining nights. The management said that we should not have left the moldy apartment so promptly. I think that we should not have had to deal with the mold at all, and that management should have made sure there was not any mold there before we arrived. Now that they know mold is a problem, hopefully they will insure it is not there before guests arrive. But for future guests, just know that if there is mold in the apartment they might not refund you, as they did not give us the full refund we feel we deserved.

Very good location, the apartment was clean.

No real heating in the middle of december, 2 small extra heating units that we did not feel confortable to leave on during the night. Some electric outlets didn't work. No one to welcome us, ans no keys to access the apartment, only a code, which was stressful. Overall, we would not recommend it.

Aquecimento da casa muito fraco. Não haviam fichas eléctricas a funcionar no quarto principal.

De ligging van het appartement is perfect. Het appartement is schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aantal basis producten staan klaar in de koelkast. Communicatie is duidelijk.

Eigenlijk niks negatiefs te melden. Het enige is de kleinere bank, niet geschikt voor 4 personen. Gelukkig waren we veel buiten.

Great apartment, spacious and clean. Superb location in the middle of Cascais with a lot of restaurants in the area.

Älskade hur enkelt det var att få kontakt med Olala. Tillmötesgående och snabba i handlingarna. Trots att vi aldrig träffade dem kändes det som att de var närvarande och redo att hjälpa oss och svara på frågor.

Det som kan förbättras är småsaker som att reparera skadade delar på ytskick och skaffa mer utrustning i köket. Fanns en kniv som var slö så vi fick köpa en till. Vi lagade en del mat hemma. Som sagt, småsaker för att göra boendet perfekt.

La ubicación es perfecta. También, nos encantó el detalle que nos encontramos al llegar. Se agradecen mucho esos detalles.

No nos gustó la limpieza. No estaba limpio, como debería estar. Además, como les indiqué había hormigas en la cocina y salón.

La ubicación. Que nos dejarán los detalles de bienvenida. La cama de matrimonio espléndida. La ropa de cama y toallas muy buenas. Menaje de cocina justo pero completo

Que no hubiese anfitrión que nos recibiera y nos diera algunas orientaciones sobre la zona y cosas que visitar. Que no hubiese aparcamiento y no propusieran gestionar uno próximo. Algunos detalles defectuosos como luces fundidas, azulejos del cuarto de baño dañados, se salía el agua de la ducha

Todo perfecto, la ubicación en el centro del pueblo, cómodo, limpio y fueron muy atentos. Muy recomendable.
