"Bad"

After travelling with my mother in law and my 3 boys plus 2 nieces . I arrived in Mombasa at 3:00 am . 11 :00 am I called to get arrangements for the keys only to be told I cannot occupy the house . I struggled to get another good place and learnt a big lesson. Will NEVER EVER USE BOOKING.COM or recommend it to anyone. My blood pressure shot as a result of looking very disorganized to my family
