Esclusiva Luxury Villa con giardino

Прекрасные апартаменты, очень чисто и просторно! Отличный вид и месторасположение, очень красивая территория. Недалеко пляж, магазин и центр коммуны. Остановка прямо напротив ворот, очень удобно, много транспорта, ходит часто.

В букинге указан некорректный адрес, но по карте найти не сложно.

We enjoyed very much the stay at the villa. It is very well located at walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The garden is very nice as well.

The place is amazing! It’s big and have a lot of different amenities to spend a good time. It’s only 10 min away from Negombo Park and 10min away for other restaurants and shops. It’s a great place to go for a weekend. It was very clean and tidy and everything in the place worked perfectly. The old lady was very kind and helpful.

The property is not well indicated in the map of booking (the map shows 15min away from real place) and then it was really hard to find because it doesn’t have good signalization at the entrance. Also It doesn’t have a check-in 24h as stated in the announce. It was really hard to reach the owner and he didn’t speak english on the phone, only italian. Overall, we spent 1 hour trying to find the place. There is air conditioner only in the rooms, not in the living room, and if you ask for a fan he laughs at you.

The well kept gardens are very attractive and large with lots of garden furniture for guests to use. The apartment is very spacious with very nice furniture and fittings. Both bedrooms are very nice and of a good size. Near by shops and restaurants were enough for our needs. Bus service stops right outside the house running in both directions around the island. 3 day ticket was about 14Euros.

Aircon is available in the two bedrooms only. It can get a bit too warm in the living areas during the day. Not too bad but could be better. Apartment situation is about a 15 minute walk from the restaurant/shops but unfortunately this is up a steep hill on a busy road. Again not too bad and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment driveway with buses every 15 mins or so. 2 bathrooms are available, one with a shower and the other with a large circular bath, but the bath has seen better days and we all ended up just using the bathroom with the shower.
