The overall place could be more clean.

Exceptional service from the owners of the villa. The location was super relaxing and the hospitality of the owners should be praised. The room was clean and even the floor. Room and the facilities were more than we expected eventhough we took a budget room. Bathroom was clean and tide. Towels and Soap was there. more about the room, it is so spacious and comfortable bedding. Airconditioned but also having a ceiling fan. Lobby area and dining area also can be used separately. So ne need to eat at the room. Cutlery also provided. You can easily chill and enjoy your stay. There is a spacious balcony at the top and we highly recommend the place for families, couples and solo travelers.

The hotel is very modern and place in very scenic spot. Kasun Manager speaks good English and helps your stay to become a memorable one. Bed is very comfortable, roo. Is very clean.

This is one of the proper homestays we found during our stays in Kandy. House is designed really nicely and has a beautiful view on the mountains. Need to travel bit away from the city but its worth. Rooms and the bathroom were spacious but need some regular maintenance like fixing the toilet seat and clearing spider webs.

Some facilities mentioned in the room were not available. Owner tried to justify it (wrongfully) by saying those are not available for the budget option when booking details said otherwise. Wi-fi was not available since it has reached the data limit according to the owner.
