MYMYMYThe location is superb! With a view of Muara Sungai, and quite private. It is nearby the famous Pantai Bukit Keluang, and other less popular beaches too. Food stalls and restaurants are also nearby. Just so excellent for the price! It is a block with 3 rooms next to each other within the land of the owner (owner's house is right beside the rooms block), so it's not too quiet and quite safe.
The owner did provide an iron, but it would be better if there is an ironing board as well. Maybe you can ask the owner directly if you need one. The owner picks up the call every time and is very pleasant to talk to.
