CBD Upstairs Studio Apartment

The place is small but have enough room to accommodate two people. The cleanliness overall was good just a few fingers prints on the balcony door. The mattress was very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, shower water pressure was nice and the location is great! It is just 10min walking to the Market and city center, there are two supermarkets a one block distance, the shopping mall is just in front of the apartment. It was at good place to stay for our few days in Christchurch

It doesn’t have veggies peeler (very basic kitchen utensil) and there was none dish washer detergent left for the dishwasher.

Wonderfully clean, comfortable and with great attention to detail and well stocked facilities, especially the kitchen. Cozy but not cramped, would easily work for a couple too. Great being so close to the supermarket with a full kitchen so I could spend less on eating out. Everything was brand new and of decent quality. Heated toilet and bidet was a luxurious touch. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of skin sensitive bathroom products. Was worried about the fold down bed, but the mattress and frame were sturdy and overall very comfortable. Fantastic value for the price compared to other city accommodation, would absolutely book here again.

Would be good to have the accessibility information more obvious when booking (or acknowledgment listing photos may not match apartment). From the listing photos I had booked I was expecting a ground floor apartment but was in a first floor one with stairs. As someone with mild disability this wasn’t ideal (to be fair I didn’t make a specific accessible request though). Because the oven was off at the wall it needed to be reset and I couldn’t figure it out myself so didn’t use. The mattress is very firm. A soft topper would help.

Close to the center, super week equipped with washing machine, dryer, all the stuff you need to cook etc...
