Three Graces Holiday Houses Complex

Very comfy, staff super friendly and helpful. Nice, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, microwave, toaster and oven. Every floor has air condition, which was great. Cute small swimming pool was cleaned by the staff every morning.

There were missing knives, and some other equipment. Also water heater didn’t work, so we showered with cold water, but didn’t mind due to hot temperatures outside. There was very loud big group of young people, with loud music, even at 5 in the morning, so it was hard to sleep.

The property was lovely bright and airy, the pool , jacuzzi and outside space was kept really well too. The furniture was modern and clean and tidy.

Very clean. Kitchen reasonably equipped. The swimming pool with the unit was perfect for my two cousins (14&12). Grocery stores a short walk away. Bus service is sketchy. Seems to be hourly.. The property manager was superb and very helpful. Stella was there to greet us and brief us on the unit. Also, recommended a local restaurant Planos. Lovely dinner there one night celebrating a birthday for one of my cousins. Restaurant staff were fantastic. We were at Three Graces 10 days. Fresh towels etc every couple of days. Maintenance was very quick. Fixed a couple of problems with a drain and toilet. Laganas beach quite nice. Suggest walking down 250m water quality better and few stones. Car rental just down the road. Good service from them too. Rented a car for a few days. Lovely time.

Some of the other units had loud guests but hey it is summer holidays.

The only part that was good regarding this accommodation is the location, it’s a bit further away from the noisy strip but still close enough.

There are numerous issue’s we had with this accommodation provider, the aircon did not work in the building, the cleanliness levels were very bad, the bathrooms appear to be unfinished. We tried to address these issues with them directly but did not get much help, our final straw was when one us the group ended up have bites from bed bugs in the mattresses. We made a formal complaint and just want to be in a clean usable accommodation, instead the owner terminated our reservation without good reason, didn’t address our issues and turned the water off. We had no choice but to check out of this property and find other accommodation at an additional cost.
