AUThe location was convenient.
The housekeeping only came to clean our room late in the afternoon when we had returned to it and it was inconvenient for us to have to go out again. We ended up not having our room done on most days. We were always running out of tea and coffee and our sheets and towels were getting dirty.
USThe Location was ok, breakfast was good. The rooms were way to small for 2 people. The staff was nice. Very helpful - but not all of them spoke English (front desk). Breakfast was good. Location was ok. It's our first time in Seoul - so we're not familiar with the area.
Our room was way to small for 2 people. It looked big from their website - - BUT it's small!!! When we got into our room, my husband I i looked at each other and we said - - it looked big in the picture - - but it's not big at all. BEWARE!!!

JPとにかく部屋が綺麗です。初渡韓で泊まったのがこちらなホテルでしたが最高な時間を過ごせました。
公共交通機関から少し遠いです。でもタクシーが安いので基本タクシー移動の人は問題なしです。
AU다른건 다 좋은데 호텔에서 체크인전에 유료로 짐 맡아주는 건 4성 호탤인데 좀 그렇네요. 그리고 그 키오스크에 매니저분 같은데 눈 좀 심하게 깜빡이는분 예의가 좀 없고 어쩔수없이 도와주고 대답하는 느낌을 주네요.
