Casa Finocchiaro by Wonderful Italy

The apartment was really beautiful. Everything we needed was there, just had to buy salt for cooking. Bed was very comfortable! And location (Via Roma) was simply amazing, we didn't use public transport at all because everything was walking distance including train station.

I don't know if this had to do something with Italians not taking their shoes off, but floor was dirty. We are used to going bare foot at home but we couldn't do it there, because our feet would be black. Also there was main issue with A/C since first night. Nobody told us there was some problem with A/C leaking and when we woke up next morning, there was water everywhere. We found out the A/C has a hole in it and water didn't go to the small container under A/C (which we also didn't know about). Next nights we had to use bigger container from refrigerator. When we contacted our host, they said they would send somebody to check on the A/C but nobody came and the host stopped communicate. We are not angry about the hole, but we are upset nobody told us we need to check on the small container and drain it every few hours!

Big room and cozy atmosphere everything was superb host who meet us was super cool A+++ for this place

Really great location, very spacious and bright place. It is well equipped with everything you might need. Good coffee. Certain basic things, like salt would be useful.

On the kitchen floor I have seen some water which I first thought it is maybe due to issues of kitchen sink, so decided we are not using the kitchen sink. Next day I see the water again even though not used the kitchen water at all, so probably coming from neighbour. I reported, but there was no respond on the topic at all. In the bathroom the raindrop shower is not ideal, would consider to change that.
