Spacious.

Nearly zero natural light in the apartment. No warning that major building works were underway next door. Very humid and poor smell inside. Uncomfortable pillows (asked to change but wasn’t possible). No personal welcome/interaction with host. Extremely expensive given the above.

Central location, easy check in, perfectly clean with all the facilities we needed.

Located down in the lower part of the charming old town of Spoleto. It is near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, which are also quite lively on a weekend. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable in the lounge area, and apartment was comfortable. The main part of the old town is a easy walk up the hill and steps into the main street, where there are more restaurants and plenty of sightseeing opportunities. To access La Rocca there is a short walk to the lift to take you to the top.

It would be useful to leave the clients a map of the town and information how to arrive at the tourist office and main places of interest.

It is comfortable and convenient, in a lively part of town. There are lots of small businesses if you want to buy local produce or clothing etc. Plus the nearby eating places treated me very well. Getting up to the Duomo & higher levels is easy via escalators. Then you can weave your way back down through gently sloping streets.

Music from a nearby goes very late. Window & door were effective sound barriers though when sleeping.

Alan, the owner, was very helpful. He kept in touch and arranged a taxi for us. We had read that the music from the bar downstairs was noisy at night however it was not an issue for us, and we were not disturbed.. Washing machine great.

A microwave would be an asset to the apartment.
