The cinema screen and surround sound and laying in bed is amazing, so cosy.

The heaters are noisy at night and the place got quite cold. The floors are freezing. Also there was only 1 fork. The shower pressure is really weak.

The stay was nice and relaxing - the facilities were great and it was clean and tidy. There is plenty of room and the bed was comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The location is perfect for visiting family and friends in Essex and London, and it has a very quick access to the motorway down to London. Devin is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Everything facility is clean and well maintained. The projector cinema is a really nice touch for a movie night. I also got an extended check out which is well appreciated. A very good value for money and well worth it.

It is difficult to dislike a thing about this property.
