Spacious private cinema guest house

Super comfortable stay at the Cinema Guest House. Perfect location for events at Friern Manor! Spacious facility. Cinema audio/visual set up bedroom is awesome for watching films/live sport!

This property was honestly perfect. The pictures don't do it any justice at all! Affordable, comfortable, good location & had a modern design. The property has a gate to enter, and a seperate one to the property itself, so it felt super secure. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen (with cooker, microwave, washing machine etc). The projector is such a great touch in the bedroom, works really well! The property also had nice LED lights along the windows too. It's probably best to stay here if you're driving because of the location, but there's a dedicated parking sheltered space. Anyway, we will definitely be staying again next time we're in the area!

I honestly think this stay was perfect, so I really have to think hard about things that we didn't like. The only things I would mention, would be to have the television in the living room in a better location (it's above the fridge on the wall at the moment) & get some other options for things to drink from, as we could only find wine glasses & mugs. This was fine but would be nicer to have some tumblers maybe?

Terrible mattress,both woke up with bad backs,left very early in morning .location was like being in builders yard,big vans parked right outside.no blinds or curtains only nets,lack of privacy

Lovely place, the owner was helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay again soon :)
