Great communication from the minute I booked.. Excellent and clear instructions on how to get in to the property, where to park etc. Great location, only a 20-25 minute walk into the city centre.

Very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We couldn’t get the main gate into the car park to open, even though we were using the correct code.

beautiful apartment 5 mins away from city centre, very nicely decorated and spacious. will stay here again when staying in Liverpool. also 1 free car parking space is available

the access gate to the car park is temperamental

"We were only there overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer."

We were self catering so we took our own food. The location was ideal as I had hospital appointments at nearby hospitals. The apartment was situated in a quiet gated location which was very secure and also had a free car parking space.

We couldn't find any negatives. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely like to stay there again on my next hospital visit to Liverpool, if the apartment is available.
