Tips til forbedring: Ingen stikkkontakter til vanlig støpsel (kun tynne kontakter). Bare ett vinglass! Ingen oppvaskklut eller oppvaskbørste eller oppvaskmiddel (bare oppvaskmaskin). Elendig sofa i stuen - sovesofa som det ikke er mulig å sitte i fordi sitteputene sklir ut. Forferdelig sjenerende lyd fra gaten av et løst kumlokk som alle bilene kjører over og som gjenlyder i leiligheten (stuen og soverommet)

DEGute Lage, insgesamt schöne Wohnung
Schlüsselübergabe sehr komplex gestaltet. muss Vorort fast dreiviertel Stunde telefonieren, bis die Firma mir mitteilen konnte wo der Schlüssel liegt, wie reinkommen soll und der Pincode. Es sollte doch nicht so komplex sein. Dann war das Hauptproblem die schwache Klimaanlage.... Das Wochenende war in Como 36-37°C und die Wohnung war über 30° als ich angereist bin. Mehr Mals mit der Firma telefoniert, erst hieß es techniker kommt, dann aber sinnlose Ratschlage gegeben, sowie stellen Sie die Klima auf 23°C dann wird es funktionieren. Daher würde ich die Wohnung in Sommertage NICHT empfehlen!
