Very disappointed, no WiFi, the TV does not work and over priced. False advertisement!

I would not stay again in this property & would not recommend to friends & family , the property cleanliness is not maintained, its very noisy , the rooms is not clean , the ceiling fan is dirty black with already, the smelly bathrooms, flies all over the buzzing around the room, there's dog poop in the property, lots of flies hovering your food. The dinner that we ordered is just beyond disgusting food good for dogs .. Being a foreigner is not acceptable. The quality of this resort is not recommended .It's so embarrassing. The beachfront is so dirty with seaweeds & some plastics & bottles all over. My husband was just cleaning up & picking those rubbish,. Its shameful .Anyone that gives a good review is not true is for promotion I bet. Not good at all. I've traveled around the world. I've stayed in all sort of hotels & resort , this is not the one I would recommend. Sorry Chalaroste, you have a lot to improve to keep up ! It was disgusting to stay at your place.

Poor management and the room was not worth it. Too dirty, the common kitchen not properly clean and nobody comes and clean the room or collected the trash bin.

The selling point to this place IS the pool! Sunsets and any time of the day-excellent view. Not sure if they offer town service for the pool. Fair price to be on the beach, location to the rest of Patar. Beach itself is rocky but the walk to the breakers is shorter than further north (think PDS). They seem to now offer a breakfast but 30 min wait time. We ate off-site except for one breakfast. Stayed in room K. Nice aircon and bed. It served it's purpose-nothing extract. There is another building not sure if they still working on it, looks really nice but relatively empty. Seems to run on either family or very small staff. I like to mention sewage smell from bathrooms as it's common in Philippines but this place had no such odor. Big plus! With the awesome pool design and ocean views this place has great potential to be one of the best in the area-depends on how far the owners want to take it.

Perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. Nice rooms and laid back, small/boutique hotel vibe. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay again.

Its ok but no resto only drinks are served but you can ask them for delivery
