Hotel needs to renovate all things are so old lcd lobby carpets etcc

The whole staff is very much cooperative. Front desk team is very humble and provides excellent service. I would specifically mention about the real time and excellent service of Ma’am Habiba and Tayyaba. Thank you

Staff was friendly

The staff while friendly was unable to do simple troubleshooting . Calculating a tip given in percentage for instance. I asked for tea in the morning to be served down and they were so frazzled by the request. They didn't place mini bar in my room and although I was on executive floor my view was a boulder steam room.

Miss Habiba was very helpful and welcoming. We were well facilitated in ohr stay.

There wasn't mini bar in our room. Smokibg rooms should also have smart TVs.

Very nice and cooperative humble and very welcoming staff at reception i especially mentioned the Mr Fassih and Mr Anas and Ms Tayyaba junjua from guest relations staff and ms habiba is also very friendly

Every thing was nice and clean even the staff was amazing

Excellent service good staff and management (Fassiah) helped us with issues faced and always greeted us with a smile and asked if we were enjoying our stay whenever he saw us

The Tv was horrendous. No signal changed rooms a few times, and the same issue persisted even had engineer out few times gave up at the end
