Overall, the stay was pleasant. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the valet service was courteous, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of food. The hotel also offers a pool and gym, which I did not get a chance to use but would like to try on a future visit. I would also like to thank the duty manager for resolving an issue regarding the complimentary high tea service. Due to a delay, I was unable to have the tea when I had originally requested it, but the manager listened to my concerns and later arranged for tea along with a complimentary serving of Gobi Manchurian. The effort to address the situation was appreciated and left a positive impression. One area for improvement is communication regarding the amenities included with the room. I was not informed at check-in about the complimentary high tea service available between 5 PM and 7 PM and only became aware of it after reading the information sheet in the room. When I requested the tea shortly after 5 PM, it was not delivered before I had to leave the hotel. Better communication and more timely service would further enhance the guest experience.

The flush in Room 601 was malfunctioning and frequently got stuck. I had to press it multiple times each time to stop the water from continuously running. The extra bed provided was in very poor condition. It wobbled significantly whenever I turned or changed sides during the night, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress also needs replacement, as the springs could be felt through it. Additionally, the mattress on the main bed in the room was not in good condition and should be replaced as well, as it lacked proper comfort and support.
