the online check-in process with too many texts and emails, struggled to pay a deposit using their system. also beds not that comfortable - mattress toppers would solve that, needs a better shower

very comfortable and cosy, clean and beautiful rooms, very home like.

The house was in a very convenient location for the city centre. Central heating worked well and there was a good shower over the bath and plenty of hot water.

We arrived on a very cold, damp day.it would have been a courtesy to have turned on the heating a couple of hours before we arrived to warm the house up. The position of the TV was not right. There is no natural light in the main room. The lighting in the kitchen was not good enough. Lack of a loo upstairs was annoying.

I liked the location

I wasn't happy about the Netflix not working, and also the bins or rather garbage were not removed by the local authority.

The location, the comfort of the home

Rubbish bin out the back was full, hard to fit in rubbish, dirty mugs in press, washed them myself, dirty pair of socks in top drawer in back bedroom. Radiator not working in back bedroom. No hairdryer

There was no hairdryer ( wet hair on a freezing cold day) and no coat hangers in the bedrooms.

Beautiful little house in a street full of character. Really well presented and great communication with owner. Well decorated bedrooms

Parking isn't the best but spaces are available.
