The facilities were really nice and close to SM mall. So everything you need shop wise was very close. The room was nicely laid out. The property manager that showed me to my room was very friendy and helpful. Great communication making check in easy.

The toilet and basin didn'tseem like it had had. Ackean betwen stays. I mentioned to manager and she said it was condensation, but the fact is it hadn't been properly cleaned after previous guest. The bed smelt a little bit bad from other guests.

It was clean and very cozy

The last time I checked out is the staff security is very unfriendly it seems she didn’t know her work, I almost missed my flight! And she is the one that is angry. Hopefully it would be better.

Not alot

Trying to get into the place was a painful headache. Security don't talk to main office who approves the stay. Who ever owns the place didn't organise is probably. I was waiting 3 hrs trying to get into my room. Reception then wouldn't let me go up and didn't know where my room was. Place looked like someone just left. Things left in fridge. Water on the floor. Crumbs on overhead fan. Couldn't use the gym.

Our host, Rhea, was so welcoming and informative we felt immediately comfortable. Rhea guided us through the facility and to nearby shops to grab some essentials. She immediately responded to all of our communications.

Security were friendly and very helpful, even allowing us to hotspot their phone but communication with them could be improved. Although, great to know the compound is safe.
