"The most Horrendous, disgusting, horrible Place In Marrakesh"

I arrived really late due to fly delays first of all! it started with us not being able to enter the building despite calling the person who was supposed to welcome me & Check me in, no answer: apart from basic automatic emails and booking messenger replies which were really completely ridiculous. Finally, 2 am because a couple came in I got inside and then I started to get shocked. The key of our flat was just thrown into the letterbox and most of the letterbox of the residence were destroyed broken. I took the key and had to climb two floors to find the lift despite I mention I was disabled and obviously climbing was not something I was ready to, Especially when you are exhausted! Entrance in the flat at the fourth floor number 18 has been the worst ever discovery I made while writing a property through Booking.com the picture looks amazing and I was facing Dirty, scruffy degraded Horrible place with dirty bedsheets with stain no mattress covers, No Pillow covers, fecal and Semence stains on the mattress the floor was absolutely disgusting. The kitchen in a terrible state: everything was either broken or wobbly. Only the AC in the bedroom was working. The other one in the main room was broken and I’m gonna add you the pictures of the lovely, statement I made Oh my God, I forgot the bed head Was falling apart and full of scratching and it was dirty you know I had to clean it and I took a picture as well of this!!! Altogether this is an absolute disaster. I spent €255 for a place that is not worth more 50 and I want to be entirely refunded for the damage I’ve suffered and you know completely abusive and lying Advertising on this place that I will have never rent If only I knew!!!
