the rooms in the pictures are not the same as reality, the pools are small and very close to the restaurant area

Massive big thank you to Jacob (F&B manager) & all the staff for going out his/their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They are all a very big asset to the Sunshine Group.

Hotel rating is more in the 3 Star ☆☆☆ region.

"Great but a bit pricy"

The staff was really awesome. Very friendly and made sure everything is fine. From the security persons to the restaurant and the cleaning staff all very friendly and helpful. The location was great right at the beach with some good restaurants around. They also had great live music.

Not enough beach beds. People tend to reserve their beds in the morning and then don’t come half the day. The tube in our bath exploded out of nowhere and set our bath under water. Luckily we were in the room so we could stop it. They fixed it really fast tho. Also we didn’t like that we had to pay for a mandatory gala dinner over new years even we didn’t book it which was also very pricy.
