It was very clean the host was very nice and very helpful at checking it was quiet peaceful Serene relaxing and all in all just a nice quante little corner of Sarasota!

"Very basic but clean"

Very basic. Couldn’t find a comfortable chair to sit on. The unit was clean. That’s about the best I can say.

Small and private with a nice little courtyard. Very clean seems very new. Very thick towels.

I could hear some noise from the people in the house but it was not that much.

Very good, clean and comfortable studio apartment. I would recommend this rental for quality and value, with a little bug spray.

The only minus was a problem with those pesky little ants and little white bugs in the portable drawer unit in the clothes closet. We know how these little insects regularly need to have an exterminator. We were able to get rid of the ones we saw.
