נקי יפה ונעים. מיטה מאוד נוחה

The staff was great, friendly, responsive & very helpful. Also, the location is perfect, close to the mall, the sea & MATAM area (for someone who's visiting for business). The room & bathroom were very spacious, the design was nice.

The cleanliness of corridors outside of the room is something that might be improved. The carpets were stained, for this price I would expect it to be more clean. Also, the room's furniture is somewhat minimalistic, like not very comfortable tables around the bed

אהבנו את המיקום האסטרטגי. בתוך מתחם קסטרא, קרוב למסעדות מעולות, וכן יש סופרמרקט גדול באותו בניין. חנייה נוחה ומוצלת. הכול היה קרוב במרחק הליכה. המקום היה נקי, הצוות מסביר פנים ונכון לעזור. ביקשנו מגהץ ושולחן גיהוץ ודאגו לספק לנו אותו. ארוחת הבוקר בבית קפה ממול הייתה מעולה, טעימה ומלאת כל טוב. קניון עזריאלי במרחק הליכה.

היה מעט קשה למצוא את הכניסה למלון. את ארוחת הבוקר מקבלים בבית קפה ממול באמצעות שובר מבית המלון, היה נחמד אם היו פותחים מוקדם יותר מ 7:30 וכן הפריע שלא עבדו בשבת. המגהץ והשולחן היו מעט ישינים ולא היה במצב הכי טוב.

Отель находится на втором этаже торгового комплекса. Удобно , что есть супермаркет на нулевом этаже , который работает даже в субботу. Все необходимые есть в номере , но не хватило тапочек . На верхнем этаже есть комната , где можно выпить кофе и чай . Завтрак мы не брали

Сантехника в хорошем состоянии , но можно поработать над чистотой самого номера , очень грязные окна . Висят только темные шторы

Great stay with the family. The hotel is mainly for business (right next to Matam), but it also worked well for us. Rooms are new and clean. The lounge is cozy with free coffee, tea. The rooftop is a big plus—beautiful views of the sea and city, especially at sunset. You also get 10% off at Rafaelo restaurant next door, which is excellent. The sea is close by, and the staff and management were super helpful and friendly.

The room keys stopped working a few times and had to be reactivated at the front desk. A bit inconvenient, but the staff handled it quickly each time.

No pictures on wall - very bland and balcony in poor state of repair with no view. Food in nearby cafe for breakfast with vouchers very poor now compared to previous years.
