- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found).If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning) - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. -Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it. -ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking. - Access to the property requires the use of stairs as the elevator in the block is not functioning.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very enjoyable, very comfortable and also very friendly and helpful other residents in the block!"

The location was perfect for our purpose and is very well situated to reach beaches and shops. The apartment block itself is in a lovely location in a tree-lined avenue and backing on onto trees.

Nothing - the apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped and the communication with the management company was prompt and efficient.
