was a nice property in a good area

when we arrived nothing was washed, there were dirty plates, bowels, glasses not even attempted to be washed. the towels were dirty and STILL DAMP, the floor didn’t look like it was hoovered as our socks were black on the bottom and there was hair everywhere.

The place was tidy and well maintained. Room was well maintained at a warm temperature before our arrival which was such a relief on a windy day like such.

It was on ground floor but didn’t affect anything else. We loved the place still.
