Přístup personálu, nefér a arogantní.

Como habitación de hotel está bien: limpio y cómodo. En el mismo centro de Kosice y a pocos Minutos de un Centro comercial. Al mismo tiempo da a un parking trasero por lo que es muy silencioso Tuve un problema y al llamar al teléfono que facilitan contestaron rápido e hicieron todo lo posible para solucionarlo.

Anuncian un apartamento pero es una habitación de hotel. De hecho está dentro de un hotel aunque en recepción del hotel no te atienden porque ese “apartamento” no es de ellos. No tiene ninguna instalación propia de un apartamento. No hay cocina, lavadora, hay una mini nevera que no funciona. Es una habitación de hotel

Чудесное месторасположение. Номер просторный чистенький. Персонал приветливый. В самой гостинице можно позавтракать за адекватные деньги. Все было чудесно. Спасибо огромное.

I booked this apartment for my parents. They gave us not cleaned apartment but it made chaos in our plans. It should not happen.

In the centre which is good, was clean and comfortable.

The view out the bedroom window was a car park. Struggled using the key code for the door. Paid City tax online and was also asked to leave the City tax in cash too but I did get my refund as I ended up paying twice . I also had to pay a deposit which can take a week to be refunded. The apartment is inside the hotel but the hotel has nothing to do with this apartment.
