Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"False advertising, filthy disgusting place"

Stayed one night out of the seven- the only one good thing was leaving the place.

Nothing like advertised, filthy, damaged furniture, would advise everyone to stay clear of this place.

"Rather pricey apartment for what it is. Helpful hosts however."

Hosts were very helpful and communicative . Glad apartment had a fan as it was very warm on our stay. Bathroom spotless.

Expected something better for the price. Apartment looked a bit tatty - ie broken headboard on bed. Disappointed that , although the bathroom was just for our use, it was located on a landing rather than self-contained in the apartment. Hard to find apartment as address given as West Road, but the door is actually on North Road. Took us a good half hour or more to find it. Had to pay extra to Justpark to secure parking as not guaranteed with apartment.
