la climatisation dans les chambres l'emplacement cuisine fonctionnelle machine à laver l’accès à la mer, mais pas de possibilité de baignade.

l'ensemble est plus vétuste que sur les photos.......Ces photos doivent être d'origine ? la terrasse extérieure mériterait d’être rénové , sol et bâche de toit nettoyés..... idem pour les sols dans la pièce de vie et les peintures.... manque d'entretien des extérieurs Rapport qualité prix ,cher

L'accès direct à l'océan même s'il faut ensuite se décaler un peu pour bénéficier d'un endroit plus agréable La terrasse et bbq ainsi que l'espace restauration et salon Clim dans lesx2 chambres

La literie peu confortable La salle de bain pas complètement fonctionnelle (flexible de douche usé et évacuation eau difficile)
