Great location, and was super comfortable to accommodate my family. We loved being able to cook some meals and sit outside in the evening. Staff was exceptional with accommodating extreme delays in our flights.

The check in process to the property was nightmare and the amount of messages you get before check in is overbearing. We first meant to pick up keys from an office that is 20 minute walk from the flat. And got constant WA messages asking when we arrive. Then finally they keys were left into a box and we were told keys are not available before 6pm. In the end the keybox, still 20 minute walk from the flat, was in a dodgy area with people waiting around the keybox. I asked for a late checkout and this was declined. Even if we got the keys 3 hours post check in time. When we arrived there was only one bed made up, even if I had asked two. Then I was advised over whatsapp to search different cupboards for bedding for over half an hour, in the end without result. Finally a staff member came to bring missing sheets. The flat looks definitely better on pictures, and it has an odd layout. the terrace was dirty and unuseable. From bathrooms only one shower is barely useable but the pressure is non-existent. Also cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. Although most of the flat was quite clean. For the price and facilities and the customer experience, I would avoid this flat.

Fabulous location on a beautiful street in the centre of Padua. Attractive apartment with comfortable beds. Air conditioning was great! Nice little kitchen and big dining table.

The outside courtyard was really only useful for hanging out washing, and the area outside needed a good clean. Having the second bathroom was really useful, the little bath with hand-held shower was not. The main bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom, which was a little odd. Being in such close proximity to other apartments meant there was noise from other residents.
