Property Notes

All rates include a 15% discount in Unno Spa Services. A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that the breakfast fee for children from 5 to 12 years olda is USD12 + taxes. We have American breakfast not buffet. We do not have air conditioning in the rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Hôtel confortable mais cher pa rapport aux prestations"

Chambres grandes avec des lits confortables . Joli cadre et tout proche des thermes. Au spa super massage.

Beaucoup de lumière dans les chambres (le matin). Repas moyen et petit déjeuner pas au niveau. Piscine pas très sympa et sans jets massant contrairement aux photos.

Las instalaciones eran realmente hermosas y pudimos disfrutar al máximo de todas las actividades. El personal fue sumamente amable y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y sin duda volveremos pronto.

Se nos hizo un poco difícil poder llegar.

"Buen lugar en para disfrutar colca sin apuros"

Lugar muy acogedor, tranquilo, acogedor, fuera del bullicio de la ciudad. Actividades en pareja y familia también. Tiene un buen restaurante (importante dado que estás a 20 minutos de Chivay)

El “kitchenette” podía tener más implementos como menaje y cubiertos. Tema menor porque el lugar no es para que cocines, sin embargo se siente algo incompleto en ese apartado. Nuevamente tema menor. La estadía fue muy cómoda y encantadora en general.

no pudimos usar la piscina por que estaba fria, pero las pozas termales deliciosas y relajante. Las chicas del spa nos dieron unos masajes espectaculares. El comedor muy lindo y la comida deliciosa

Ubicación e instalaciones

Falta variedad de frutas y proteínas en el desayuno, poner vidrios dobles en las habitaciones para evitar el desperdicio de energía en calefacción, mejor control de los circuitos eléctricos

Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption und das Zimmer samt Badezimmer waren absolut top. Die direkt neben dem Hotel liegenden Hot Springs sind perfekt gelegen und sehr entspannend.

Was extrem abgefallen ist war der Service in der Bar/Restaurant und auch die Qualität des Abendessens. Bei drei Wochen Urlaub in Peru gab es hier das schlechteste Essen.
