The Manor - Beachwalk Apartments

Where to begin....... I want to start by stating that this review will not even come close to arriculating our gratitude to towards this wonderful host. We found ourseleves in an impossible situation where we needed emergency accomadation early morning due to our severly disabled daughter being very poorly whilst being far from home.  Not only did this host ensure that we has access to this property straighy away. They could not have been kinder or more empathetic and beyond helpful. To display such amazingly positive and professional traits, especially at this busy time of year is just such a breath of air.  Now - the apartment itself..... Wow wow wow!! Given that this was a last minute booking and made available so quickly after booking to help our daughter. • Every room was IMMACULATE  • The property was beyond equipped     with. everything you need for a last minute stay. • The property exceeds the description and photographs online.  • The location is outstanding.  • The fact that there is also parking   included just topped this wonderful accommodation off. We would like to extend our sincerest thanks and gratitude towards this host for turning what can only be deacribed as a living nightmare into a wonderful experience in a stunningly gorgeous home where we could so confortably care for our poorly daughter.  Merry Christmas and once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 

There is nothing negative about this host or the property

The location is perfect for town, the beach and lots of restaurants and bars.

The WiFi was really poor. I was working, and it was fine , but online whilst using my mobile phone, and also, depending on the room you were in was a hit or miss.

Close to shops, cafes, restaurants.

No one on the property to help iron out any issues you may have. Basically just a voice at end of the phone line with them sending you the customer a video to fix their TV. We were there for a break not to fix problems left by others. Tv didn't work at all the whole 3 days we were there. So basically felt like we were back in dark ages and to make matters worse heater didn't work in living room/ dinning/ kitchen area. So we were freezing and basically confined to one room for heat ( the bedroom) where heater worked.

The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, and the check-in process was extremely simple. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the radiators were excellent for the cold and the living room was comfortable with a nice large TV, the bathroom was working.

However, a few small flaws prevent me from giving it the highest rating: we weren't clearly told where the apartment was located within the building. Luckily, I remembered it was on the ground floor from the photos. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the dongle we were provided suddenly stopped working. Finally, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom.

Apartment was lovely, lots of light. Lovely table by the window to sit, everything was clean, fresh and well set out, everything we needed. Couldn't of asked for more. Private parking which was great and so close to beachfront, ideal for Airshow

Nothing we didn't like

Spotlessly clean and really comfy. Smart TV and coffee machine nice touches. Excellent communication with owner
