Good neighborhood, quiet and near a few good restaurants.

Loud building and the first room especially was a bit on the louder side.

Se trata de un bloque de viviendas sin ascensor. Todo el suelo, desde las escaleras al interior de los pisos, son de madera, de origen. Se alquilan las habitaciones de los pisos, compartiendo baños y cocina. Los anfitriones muy amables, serviciales. La habitación bien, normalita, con un balconcito que da a los patios de otras viviendas. Muy buena ubicación, esa es la parte positiva.

Las instalaciones muy poco cuidadas: puertas viejas que cuestan abrir, 2 aseos con ducha, 1 de ellos en la cocina... Necesita actualizar, sobretodo puertas. Mucho ruido de aviones y de los "vecinos" de arriba. Se oían gritos, golpes, pasos, monedas cayendo, despertador...Imposible descansar bien, parecía que lo hacían adrede. No estás cómodo. La basura del edificio se deja en el interior de la entrada, ya de por sí estrecha, lo que da una imagen nauseabunda. Volvería sólo si se insonorizara 👍

The host was friendly, the check in swift and easy. Kitchen was fully equipped. Location was good.

Extremely thin-walled apartment with loud doors, neighbours can be heard as if they were standing in the room and were active late at night and early in the morning, every day. Airplanes were flying low over the apartment. Construction site in front of the balcony. Impossible to sleep without earplugs, but even with, sleep was intermittent. I cannot understand the outstanding rating this Appartement has at the moment.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren super sauber. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Der Check-In lief reibungslos ab und die Lage war gut. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und gut angebunden.

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Altbauwohnung und daher sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
