Fantastic location. Great host who met us and gave us lots of information, plus provided supplies like coffee machine pods. Good amenities and lots of useful bits in the kitchen.

Was all good really! If I had to think of an issue, then the air conditioner in the large lounge space isn't really able to cool it down very well.

Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso. Veramente comodo e ben attrezzato. Sei persone ci stanno senza problemi. Comodo il fatto di avere due bagni. È nel cuore della zona universitaria. Ci sono parcheggi (a pagamento) sotto il palazzo. Nel palazzo c'è l'ascensore. Grazie ad Alessio che ci ha accolti con cordialità e simpatia.

Ev büyük ve merkezdeydi. Her türlü ev araç gereci vardı. Kalabalık gruplara uygun.

Great location, beautiful furniture and a great atmosphere. Kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is cosy.

Both beds are garbage. The bed in the right bedroom sinks in when you sleep in it. You can feel the individual springs as it's laid through. The bed in the left bedroom is not so much a bed but 2 loose single mattresses on top of drawers. If you move - the mattresses will also move. Which resulted in them moving apart and creating a gap.

Clean and comfortable; excellent location and very quiet. The building is very secure and the neighbourhood friendly and safe.

While it was advertised as 2 bathrooms, the second was merely a toilet in the laundry! And no dish towel in the kitchen!!! The mattress on one of the beds slipped off its batons during the night but it was pretty easily fixed. All were minor issues.

Very high aesthetics of almost everything inside. Very well located. Super equipped. Clean and child friendly. Super optional for a group of friends too.

Living room was a nice setup

Badly in need of basic repair & updates. 2nd bathroom was a laundry with only an old toilet while primary bathroom had a vinyl curtain hung inside a tub which did not in anyway keep water it. After waiting over a minute got hot water in the bathroom sink it was looked with water as the drain was nearly plugged. Kitchen had no dish towel & only one of the 3 bialeti coffee pots worked. Mattress in one bedroom laid on a wooden platform which stuck out dangerously on each side. Host was poorly informed did not explain the 3 keys system to get in & was difficult to understand. A very very disappointing stay!!!!!
