Gateway Hotel and Conference Center

I love the Iowa State feel because I graduated from ISU.

I realize you upgraded to beautiful showers and I appreciated the directions on how to operate it, but it’s very touchy and it shouldn’t require that much work to take a shower!

Wonderful hotel, great value and service, minor acceptance was the restaurant. All the rest was really great!

It was clean . Could’ve had better streaming services on the tv

Rude Staff , wouldn’t recommend. Asked simply for help on small appliances like Tv and Air Conditioning. Was treated with the worst attitude ever. Was forced to leave around 9:00 am when check out was at noon … if I’m being charged 155 for one night … ( ridiculous price btw ) then I should be able to sleep in until the last possible minute before checkout .

Very clean, pool area was nice and the bed very comfortable.

The air conditioning did not have a continuous fan feature, so I woke up every time it turned on and off. Also, we were on the top floor, so the air compressors on the roof above us also were very noisy when they went on and off. We didn't get much sleep.
