Departamento de Estreno en Barranco

Het was vrij centraal. Elke richting wel een activiteiten centrum. Personeel was vriendelijk in de lobby en de verhuurster was ook een zeer vriendelijke dame. We wilde ietsje later uitchecken en dat was geen probleem. Je had alles wat je er moest hebben

Het gebouw zelf heeft geen wasserette maar daar kan de verhuurster niks aan doen. Om de hoek zit een wasserette voor weinig geld Verder zit je wel aan een drukke straat dus de hele nacht en dag hoor je allemaal auto’s claxonneren

Comfortable, clean, great kitchen (for those who love to cook) and a wonderful view of the city center!

All was just fine!

The house is new and modern.

The shower lack of hot water, the temperature of the water is less than 37 degrees. But in three kitchen always has hot water.

Easy checkin (they let us in few hours early). Clean, well equipped appartment. Good Location and view. Modest gym and small pools at the top. Really good quality.

Little bit noisy from the street, but ear plugs does the job at night :)

Owner was very responsive and kind in regards to our early arrival and late check out. Apartment is as described, felt more spacious than the photos suggest. Well equipped with good facilities. Room fans provided were strong and quiet. Location is excellent, between the centres of Barranco (10 minute walk) and Miraflores, on the bus route to central Lima. Loads of restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool area is great for lounging, a laundry room is in the basement. Reception staff were always welcoming. We loved our stay here.

Ninth floor overlooking park, keyless entry, nice apartment exactly matches the photos, the host is honest, responsive and helpful, extras like tea, coffee and shampoo were appreciated, rooftop pool great views gets a bit busy at weekends and only one umbrella.
