THThe shower got hot. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was Thai-style buffet. The location was good if you like being outside the chaos.
The price was high, but the hotel felt budget. The pictures made me think we'd be in a resort next to the pool, but when we arrived we were in an older building next to the road. We could hear the trucks at night. There were no hand towels. The TV barely worked. It felt like a budget hotel, but for the price it was not. They had multiple busses of tourists staying. It was crowded on the one elevator serving 6 floors

I would not recommend this hotel. Bad breakfast options. Toilet flush was not working. Bathroom drain was not working.
AEEvery thing was good but staff need to learn English so guest can speak with staff.
Difficult to communicate with staff.
