Alena apartment with jacuzzi

Nice apartment with a pleasant outdoor area. Simply furnished but functional. Certainly not worth the value for the price.

No air conditioning in the bedroom and a little bit outside of split but close to shopping and restaurants

Excellent place to stay in Split. Friendly host. The place has everything one needs during travel. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy. If you want privacy in the middle of Split, you have it. The owner is approachable and helpful.

Apartment is nicely decorated and equipped. It have it's own parking spot. The terrace is big enough and the jacuzzi definitely makes a difference, the water is hot and we could use the jacuzzi even if it's in open air, it was raining before we used it and there were only few degrees outside. Once you make the booking, the owner gives you a lot of good suggestions about Split (attractions, restaurants, activities etc). We stayed unfortunately only one night hence didn't manage to experiment them, but still appreciate it. Check-in /check out is pretty convenient: for check-in you need to inform the approximate arrival hour, call the owner when you arrive at the destination and he will be there in few minutes. For check out you get instructions on what to do and it's not needed to interact anymore (which was very convenient for us, because we left early in the morning). The apartment owner have also a nice restaurant close to the apartment and we had some good burgers there.

A bit hard to find the location even if I tried both Google Maps and Waze. Could be that I made something wrong, but in the apartment description the mentioned address is "Odakova 26, 21000 Split, Croatia". This leads to Split, but different place in town. I find the right location by using "Ul. Krste Odaka 26". My apologize if I took the location from the wrongly place. A bit far away from the old town and the main attractions, approximatively 2 km. For us was walking distance and not an issue, but probably is not the same for everyone.

FANTASTIC HOSTS, BEST APARTMENT IN ZAGREB! + Where to start, I don't know what to say first because everything was phenomenal!!! The hosts are polite, available and respond quickly to all inquiries, check in and check out are very easy. The apartment is excellent, neat, clean and large. I will definitely always come back!

The quality is higher than the hotel’s + The property is fantastic. Good location (5 minutes from the beach), an excellent garden view and a lot of facilities. Also, the host is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return there.
