Rest collection Fushimi-Inari Kyoto

Genau genommen nichts ! Das Zimmer , Bad etc. war runtergekommen. Es roch schimmelig und die Räume feucht . Das Bett war durchgelegen und das Bettzeug mit Flecken und nicht sauber. Einer von uns hat sich leider daraufhin erkältet.

There is no staff, as it is a self check-in hotel. Very good location, lots of eat-out facilities nearby. Equipped kitchen and wardrobe made the stay more comfy.

The room was ruled by the beds and not much space remained. The room was a bit old fashioned (1980's), but still coorect. The light switched on automatically in the entry, even by night, when we used the toilet - this was a bit disturbing during the night.

連泊なのにトイレットペーパー予備が１個しかなく朝から大変だった。

I stayed for 2 nights in a room for 3 people. The room size was ok. It's in a really good location. The facilities are good. It's really close to the train station and Fushimi Inari.

If there were more sockets in the room, it would be great.

伏見稲荷を訪れるにはとても良い宿でした。９時過ぎると団体バスが到着しますし、朝も電車利用の団体が多いため、近くに宿泊して早朝参拝ができました✨ 部屋はキレイで、アメニティのセンスもよかったです。電車や駅が近いので気になりましたが、周辺も宿もとても静かで、快適に過ごせました。

他の方も指摘されていますが、入口が分かりにくいです。奈良線を利用していたので特に感じましたが、京阪電鉄の伏見稲荷駅からは、とても近く入口もわかりやすいと思いました。

伏見稲荷駅からすぐだったところ。

当方は日本在住日本人でしたが、マイナンバー(個人ID)そのものを入力しなければ部屋の暗証番号(部屋の鍵を開けるための番号)を得るために必要だったこと。日本では個人番号は自分の情報を得るために使うもので、他人に絶対に伝えてはいけないものです。それなのにマイナンバーを入力しないと暗証番号を得られないシステムは日本人にとって危険だと思います。 たまたま管理人らしき男性(おそらく中国人・この施設は中国人が経営していると思われる)2名が出てきてカスタマーセンターに中国語で確認してくれて、私達はマイナンバーを登録せずに暗証番号を教えてもらえました。 施設側としても身分証を確認することは法律で決められたこととは知っていますが、マイナンバーカードを提示、表面だけ写真を撮って確認するだけなら分かりますが、日本人としてマイナンバーを入力しなければならないのは危険なので、このシステムの改善をされることをこの施設にご提案したいです。(例えばパスポート番号だけを入力するとか) どうぞご検討お願い致します。

The room was neat and it was near Fushimi Shrine so it was pretty good .

We rented 2 rooms and they didn't explicitly say we need to separate two verification codes to get the keys . When we try to contact customer support , there was no reply. We stated that we have a barrier free person . but there was no reply on the request and the ladder were small so we have trouble climbing the stairs.
