Very good location, very close to train station, food stalls, the atraction. Comfy beds and pillows, quality aircon, clean room.

There is no dinning table, have to brush my teeth in kitchen' sink with kitchen' shelves over head. Loud noises keep on repeating from next room, very annoying. No in room microwave nor tv nor washing machine Only have 1 set of key. Intercom is available but useless because of the internal door blocking it. There is only 1 spare toilet paper for 4 people in 3 days.

Booking.com site doesn’t show the full charge. Room was advertised as Y4617 & in small grey print an additional charge of Y7200 for govt tax Y1200 & a massive Y6000 for cleaning! I queried the cleaning charge with the agent given I was staying on my own however advised it was a fixed charge. Disappointing lack of transparency & misleading advertised room charge when others advertise the full cost. Bathroom door also had heavy mould stains.
