The location is ideal and the main property is well-kept and beautiful views from the living room and balcony. The AC works great in the living room and main room but not that great in the smaller room.

The actual unit is a condo within a hotel and if you have any issues there is not much they can do for you unless you would like to sit in the lobby and have them help you contact the rental property management for over an hour since the number provided doesn't work. They had to try to contact the actual owner to get some kind of correct contact number and even then not much was done. Not what you would expect for the price it's a huge letdown. Who is actually to blame not sure if it is the property management not keeping the upkeep at any standards or the owner no longer wants to invest in the proper upkeep who knows? But you would think the hotel would require their condo owners within the property to uphold their units to the same quality as the Hotel. But this condo is in rough shape. The TV in the living room works the other two TVs are not connected to cable so basically just for looks. The smell is a mix of heavy pine sol and mildew. The mold has been painted over but showing though If you take a close look the unit is dirty and outdated and needs TLC. The tub and shower need attention the master bathroom smells bad if the door is left shut also the master bedroom toilet leaks every time you flush it. no wonder why upon arrival there was a huge leak above the toilet. The freezer leaks and puddles up the handle to the fridge then runs over onto the floor. The door handles to the smaller bedroom and bathroom are rotting away. The living room fabric sofa needs shampooing and some deodorizing. The kitchen cooktop is not great and outdated.

Breakfast was average , luckily the Marina was walking distance and had a better breakfast . The hotel property was beautiful .

Room needed some updating , paint, hair dryer was broken , tv in master bedroom did not work . Overall , room was clean and comfortable .
