It was very upscale for the price, very comfortable dorm beds and the facilities like the gym and rooftop were awesome!

I've liked the guy who's received me on the reception and the building materials of construction also made a good impression. Nice rooftop chill place and gym. Very good WiFi coverage.

Honestly there's a huge list of a quite strict rules of this property using you gonna sign (like certain schedule of using citchen, division of areas where food&drinks permitted etc)... Also a final price of my booking was a bit higher.

I was about to leave this house as a satisfied customer, despite all the rules and regulations. I spent over three weeks at this place and never complained about anything, although there were plenty of reasons to do so. On the last day, I wanted to do my laundry and use the washing machine for 170 pesos, which is already quite expensive. When I asked if detergent was included, she said no and told me to buy a bottle. Knowing that they have detergent on-site because they wash all their laundry in the house, which is always hanging to dry on the fifth and sixth floors, I asked if I could just have a little detergent from them since I had only a small load to wash, and she refused. Even though they had some. With a renewed request and the information that I won't buy a bottle because I'm flying out tomorrow, she refused again, saying she couldn't give me any, even if her life depended on it. And she follows only orders and rules. It's so ridiculous. How can someone in hospitality be so stubborn and unprofessional? The point is to leave customers with a good feeling and as satisfied guests. This minor thing, which would be absolutely no effort, now makes me leave this house with a bad feeling and as an unsatisfied guest. I WILL NOT COME BACK AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. Because they don't know how to treat guests! Just read some of the previous comments about this place...
